Practitioner mode and enthusiast mode are tiered separately. The prices below are in US dollars and match what the app shows; anything not listed here is still being planned.

What every plan includes
- Three interface languages: Traditional Chinese (default), Simplified Chinese and English
- Formula safety checks: pregnancy, children, asthma, epilepsy, pets, allergies, photosensitivity and dilution ceilings
- Blend builder and dosage records
- Service reports and aftercare follow-up notes
- The four web free tools, with no account required
How SI credits are counted
SI tasks are charged per run: a consultation summary is 1 credit, a blend suggestion 2, a report rewrite 3, campaign copy 5, and a blog draft 10. The allowance resets each month and does not roll over.
Content drafted by SI (artificial intelligence AI) is for reference only and is not professional medical advice. Running out of credits does not affect the manual features.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Both practitioner and enthusiast mode have a free plan that stays free rather than expiring, with ceilings on clients, formulas and reports.
Is paying annually cheaper?
Yes. Professional, for example, is US$468 a year — about US$39 a month — against US$49 paying monthly.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the start of the next billing cycle. SI credits already used are not refunded.
Do prices vary by region?
The prices shown in the app are US dollar prices. If local payment methods and taxes are added later, the amount actually charged may differ, and the checkout page will state it clearly.
