0 oils recorded

No result yet.

Records are kept in this browser only and are never uploaded. Clearing browser data, or opening this on another device, will not carry the list across.

Syncing and reminders need an Aromemor account

Build the shelf in the app to sync across devices and set low-stock reminders.

This tool only helps organise a record. Its output is for reference only and is not professional medical advice.

The review prompt only asks you to look at and smell the oil. It is not a safety verdict and does not replace professional advice.

This tool is not a medical device and nothing on it is professional medical advice. If you feel unwell, speak to a doctor or a registered healthcare professional.

How to use it

  • Type an oil name, and add the brand and volume if you have them.
  • Enter the purchase date and the opening date.
  • Add it to the list; the tool shows how long it has been open.
  • Items left unreviewed for a long time are flagged.
  • Copy the list before you close the tab, or save it to an Aromemor account.

Where the records live

This tool keeps its records in your browser's local storage and uploads nothing. Clearing browser data, or opening the tool on another device, will not carry the list across.

To sync between devices, build the shelf inside the Aromemor app.

The tool only helps you organise a record. Whether a bottle is still suitable to use is something you judge by looking at and smelling it, and by asking a professional if you are unsure.

Why keep an opening date

An essential oil changes as it oxidises after opening; both the scent and the condition of the oil shift, and some citrus oils move faster than others. An opening date gives you something to look at when you review the collection.

Oils change at different rates, and storage conditions matter, so this tool gives you one fact — how long it has been open — and does not set an expiry date for any oil.

Take the shelf into the app

Inside Aromemor, the shelf also records usage, sets low-stock reminders, and syncs alongside your scent journal and daily rituals in the same account.

Frequently asked questions

Is my data uploaded?

No. The shelf tracker runs entirely in your browser and keeps its records in local storage. Nothing is sent anywhere.

Does it decide whether an oil has expired?

No. It counts how long a bottle has been open and prompts a review after a long interval. Whether an oil is still suitable is a judgement based on inspection and professional advice.

How many oils can I record?

There is no limit in the web tool beyond your browser's local storage capacity. The free plan in the Aromemor app records 10 items.
