About

About Aromemor

Aromemor started from a practical problem: a therapist's client notes, formulas and safety records end up spread across paper, chat threads and spreadsheets, and comparing them at a follow-up visit is hard.

What we build

Aromemor is a dual-mode aromatherapy platform. Practitioner mode is for working therapists: client records, formula safety checks, blend building, service reports and revenue records. Enthusiast mode is for home users: the oil shelf, daily rituals, the scent journal and the diffuser timer.

Practitioner mode holds client records, formula safety checks, the blend builder, service reports and revenue records; enthusiast mode holds the oil shelf, daily rituals, the scent journal, the diffuser timer and the personal aroma profile.
Both modes share one rule set, and the records are stored separately.

Three design principles

Principle one

Safety before convenience

The safety check is rules-first. When a dilution exceeds its ceiling or a contraindication is flagged, saving is blocked and SI cannot override it.

Principle two

Records that last

Every formula and dosage stays under the client record, so a follow-up visit can be compared directly rather than from memory.

Principle three

Say where the line is

The platform is not a medical device and claims no therapeutic effect. Every SI suggestion carries its disclaimer.

Languages and platform

The interface ships in Traditional Chinese (default), Simplified Chinese and English. An Android app is available, alongside a client booking page and the four free web tools.

  • Runs in the browser, and as an Android app
  • Your records stay in your own account, never shown to another practice
  • Languages: Traditional Chinese (default), Simplified Chinese, English
  • Text features: drafts generated with the help of SI (artificial intelligence AI)

SI's role, and its limits

Inside the platform, SI handles wording and direction: consultation summaries, report rewrites, follow-up messages, adjustment suggestions for a formula, and diffuser combinations. SI does not diagnose, does not suggest uses that replace medication or medical care, and does not override the safety check.

Everything SI (artificial intelligence AI) produces is a draft, for reference only, and is not professional medical advice. It must be reviewed by the user before it is used.

Where things stand

Aromemor is still in active development. The feature descriptions above reflect what is actually implemented today; anything unfinished or still planned is labelled as such, and this page is updated when it ships.

This page publishes no customer counts, revenue figures or performance numbers. If verifiable figures become available, they will be published with full context.

Get in touch

If you have a question about a feature, about data handling, or about the safety layer, we would like to hear it. For anything concerning a personal health condition, please consult a doctor or a registered healthcare professional.

Frequently asked questions

Does Aromemor have paying customers yet?

This page does not publish customer or revenue numbers. The platform is in development, and the feature descriptions reflect what is implemented today.

Is my data used to train models?

Client records and journal entries are your records and are not used for training. Health-adjacent fields are handled on a minimisation basis, with export and deletion both provided.

Why write 'SI (artificial intelligence AI)'?

SI is our own name for this class of system. Keeping the conventional English term in brackets makes it identifiable to readers and search engines. The full form appears at first mention in a block; after that it shortens to SI.
