Dual-mode platform

One platform for professional practice and everyday aromatherapy

Aromemor puts a practitioner's working day and a home user's personal notes on the same platform. Practitioner mode handles client records, formula safety checks and service reports. Enthusiast mode handles the oil shelf, daily rituals and the scent journal.

The gap

Two modes, each complete on its own

A practitioner writing a client record during a consultation, a diffuser on the table between her and the client. An open drawer of essential oil bottles at home, most of them half used and unlabelled.

Every consultation produces a record. Paper keeps it only until the next visit.

You are not asked to pick one identity. A single account can switch between practitioner and enthusiast mode, and the records on each side are stored separately.

  • Practitioner mode

    A digital workbench for therapists

Client records, health background, formula safety checks, the blend builder, service reports, aftercare follow-up and revenue tracking sit on one continuous flow.

  • Enthusiast mode

    A personal aromatherapy journal

The oil shelf tracks stock and opening dates, daily rituals schedule diffusion, the scent journal records mood and reactions, and the diffuser timer reminds you when the session ends.

How one round works

How the two modes divide the work

In practitioner mode every record hangs off a client, so a follow-up visit can be compared against the previous blend and dosage. In enthusiast mode the records belong to you alone, and are there to show your own habits over time.

Practitioner mode on the left lists client records, formula safety checks, blend building, service reports and revenue tracking; enthusiast mode on the right lists the oil shelf, daily rituals, the scent journal, the diffuser timer and the personal aroma profile.

  1. 01

    Record the client

Allergies, health background, scent preferences and what happened last time sit on one record, so the next appointment starts where the last one ended.

  2. 02

    Screen before blending

The safety check reads the record and shows what needs attention: pregnancy, children, asthma, epilepsy, pets, allergies, photosensitivity, skin sensitisation and dilution ceilings.

While a flag stands, the save is held back.
  3. 03

    Build the blend

Pick the oils, set the ratio and the drop count. The dilution ceiling stays on screen, and a saved formula keeps the note structure that made it work.

  4. 04

    Report and follow up

The service report, the aftercare notes and the follow-up date come out of the same record, and the revenue line is counted from the services you logged.

Where SI fits in

Aromemor's suggestion features are drafted with the help of SI (artificial intelligence AI). SI works from the client details or personal preferences you have already entered, and proposes directions — draft report wording, a suggested adjustment to a formula, or a combination for a diffuser blend.

Everything SI produces is a draft. You can edit it, delete it, or ignore it entirely. SI cannot override the safety check: when a dilution exceeds the ceiling or a contraindication is flagged, the warning still appears and saving is still blocked.

Suggestions drafted by SI (artificial intelligence AI) are for reference only and are not professional medical advice. Every decision about use remains yours or your practitioner's.

What is inside

One account, two workbenches and a journal

All four run entirely in your browser, and every calculation and record stays on your own device. Saving the result into a record needs an Aromemor account.

In practice

I used to keep the client background in my head and the formula on a folded sheet of paper. Now every visit starts from the last record, and the safety check flags things I would have missed at nine at night.

Frequently asked questions

Can Aromemor replace my paper notes?

Yes. In practitioner mode, client records, formulas and service reports are stored in your Aromemor account and can be opened from another device; the oil shelf and journal sync the same way. Existing paper records can be moved over gradually.

Do practitioner and enthusiast mode need separate accounts?

No. One account can enable both modes and switch between them in settings. The records on each side are stored separately, so switching never mixes them.

Can I give an SI-drafted formula to a client straight away?

No. Content drafted by SI (artificial intelligence AI) is for reference only and is not professional medical advice. Review the formula, the dilution and the contraindication flags against the client's actual situation before deciding whether to use it.

What does the free plan include?

The free practitioner plan covers 3 clients, 5 formulas, 2 reports in total and 5 SI credits a month. The free enthusiast plan covers 10 shelf items, 10 journal entries and 3 ritual cards a month.

Do you claim aromatherapy improves sleep or reduces stress?

No. Aromemor makes no outcome guarantees and publishes no percentage claims that are not backed by clinical data. The platform helps you record what you use, check formulas for safety, and build a routine of your own — nothing more.

Where the lines are

Where safety starts and stops

Aromatherapy is a way to support relaxation and everyday quality of life. It is not a medical treatment. Aromemor does not claim that any essential oil treats, cures or prevents a condition, and it does not claim that aromatherapy replaces medication or medical care.

The safety check flags the items that need attention given the background you entered. It is a checking aid. It does not replace professional judgement and it must not be relied on for a medical decision or in an emergency.

A record-keeping tool

Aromemor stores and organises client records, blends and reports. It is not a medical device.

A checking aid, not a verdict

The safety check points out what needs attention so it can be judged. It supports professional judgement and never replaces it.

The free tools stay on your device

Every calculation and every record in the four web tools runs in the browser and stays on your own device.

This platform is not a medical device and nothing on it is professional medical advice. If you feel unwell, speak to a doctor or a registered healthcare professional.
