Copyright in this website is held by Aromemor, and it covers everything published on it, not only the finished pages a reader sees.

• The text of every page, article, blend note and blend recipe
• The design of the site: layout, grid, type scale and colour system
• Illustrations, photography, diagrams and the app screenshots
• The code behind the four free tools
• The shipped app icon and the wordmark
• The site as a compilation — which page sits where, and how the material is organised

Trade marks

The Aromemor name, the wordmark and the app icon are trade marks of Aromemor. This notice does not license any of them, and nothing on this page gives permission to use them.

• Google Play and any other third-party mark stay the property of their owners
• No mark may be used in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership or origin without our written permission

What you may do

None of the following needs to be asked for. This notice grants it to every reader, and it applies to all three languages of the site.

• Read the site, and link to any page, including a deep link into an article
• Quote a short passage with attribution and a working link back to the page
• Keep one copy for personal, non-commercial reference
• Use material in teaching, study or reporting, with attribution

What you may not do

Everything else needs written permission from Aromemor. In particular, you may not:

• Republish substantial parts of a page or an article, in any language
• Reuse the content commercially — in a paid course, a paid newsletter or a product
• Publish a derivative work built on our text, structure or blend data
• Remove or alter a copyright notice, byline or attribution
• Copy the imagery, illustrations or app screenshots into another site or app
• Crawl or mirror the site at scale
• Use the content to train a machine-learning model
• Imply that Aromemor endorses you, partners with you or supplies you

Third-party material and open source

Parts of this site rest on other people's work, and those terms run alongside this notice rather than under it.

• The frameworks, typefaces and icons used to build the site ship under their own licences
• Where a licence and this notice disagree, the licence governs that component
• The Android app is distributed through Google Play, and Google's own terms apply to that distribution
• A photograph or illustration carrying its own credit stays the copyright of the person named in that credit

What you send us

A message, a lead-capture form entry or a testimonial stays yours. Sending it does not move the copyright; it allows us to publish it with attribution.

• You allow us to quote or publish a testimonial under the name you gave with it
• Personal data in a form entry is handled under the Privacy Policy
• You can ask us to withdraw a published testimonial at any time

Reporting infringement

If you believe this site reproduces your work, write to the address below with the three items we need, and we will look at it.

We acknowledge a report within 3 business days, then remove the material or confirm it stays, with the reason.

• The material you say has been copied, and where it was first published
• Your relationship to the rights holder — owner, agent or licensee

For press use, licensing, translation or commercial reuse, use the address below and say what you want to use and where it will appear. One inbox handles all of it.

We reply within 5 business days. A request that needs a licence comes back with the terms rather than a refusal.

Governing law

This notice, and any dispute arising from it, is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

If any part of it is held unenforceable, the rest of the notice still stands.
